LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- U.S. singer Chynna Phillips is back home with her family after undergoing inpatient treatment for anxiety, her manager said.

The singer for the group Wilson Phillips entered an undisclosed facility on her 42nd birthday, Feb. 12, and was released Friday after "successfully completing" her therapy, manager Lizzie Grubman announced in a statement Saturday.

People magazine quoted a source saying Phillips' decision to enter treatment grew from "a combination of things." Her half-sister, Mackenzie Phillips, dropped a bombshell on the family last fall when she claimed to have had a sexual relationship with their late father, singer John Phillips.

Grubman told People the singer was glad to be home in time to celebrate the 10th birthday of her daughter, Jamieson, this weekend.

Phillips and her "Gossip Girl" star husband, Billy Baldwin, have three children.
