"Kick-Ass 2" star Jim Carrey said he couldn't condone the "level of violence" exhibited in his upcoming movie following the tragedy that occurred at Sandy Hook Elementary in December of 2012.

"Kick-Ass 2" is the sequel to the 2010 film in which two teenagers decide they don't need super powers to fight crime. Needless to say there's a fair amount of violence in both movies. Carrey, later added that he didn't feel "ashamed" of being a part of the film, but that recent events caused a change in his heart.
