June 3 (UPI) -- LMN's Wrong franchise will debut its first-ever movie series event titled Keeping Up With The Joneses starting July 8. The three-pack of films will debut on LMN for three consecutive Thursdays.
Produced by Hybrid and executive produced by Vivia A. Fox, the series stars Fox as the matriarch of a wealthy family who, along with her four stepdaughters, will stop at nothing to protect their business and family.
Each two-hour movie is narrated by Kandi Burruss (The Chi, The Real Housewives of Atlanta) and stars Ted McGinley, Eric Roberts, Aerie Thompson, Ciarra Carter, Jasmine Aivaliotis, Marcos James, and Shellie Sterling.
The movies follow the Jones family who have lived and dominated life in and around the seaside town of Pacific Hills. After the death of patriarch Theodore Jones, his second wife Robin (played by Fox) assumes control of the business.
The cold and calculating CEO Pam (played by Thompson), the conscientious Carrie (played by Ciarra Carter) who oversees charitable endeavors, the party-girl Kayla (played by Sterling) and the high-schooler Tara (played by Aivaliotis) are all Robin's stepchildren who are coming into their own.
When someone comes after the family with threats, blackmail and murder, the Jones hold onto their power.
"The Jones family has faced adversity before, and when their backs are against the wall, there's nothing they won't do to hold onto their power... because when you mess with them, you are messing with the Wrong family," the press release stated.
