May 4 (UPI) -- Chris Pratt wished his Guardians of the Galaxy co-star Pom Klementieff a happy 32nd birthday on Instagram and confirmed that the third Guardians film enters into production next year.

"Happy Birthday @pom.klementieff whom many of you know as Mantis!!! She's such a unique, talented and driven artist," Pratt, who portrays Star-Lord in the Guardians films said Thursday alongside a short video of Klementieff displaying how her hair is tied up in a "Pom y Tail."

"Can't wait to start shooting Guardians Vol. 3 with her next year! Hope you're having a good day Pom!" he continued.

Pratt, Klementieff and the rest of the Guardians crew including Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Rocket (Bradley Cooper), Groot (Vin Diesel) and Nebula (Karen Gillan), were recently seen in Avengers: Infinity War which takes place following 2017's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Series director James Gunn previously announced that he would be returning to helm Vol. 3 which is set for release sometime in 2020. The Guardians crew will presumably also be appearing in the fourth Avengers film which hits theaters on May 3, 2019.

Gunn also wished Klementieff a happy birthday on Instagram alongside a selfie of himself with the actress.

"Happy Birthday to the great @pom.klementieff. Everyone who has followed my feed for a while knows she's one of my favorite people in the world, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as a collaborator and a friend. Her talent blows my mind on a daily basis, and she makes me laugh always. You are the very best, Pom, and I love you dearly. I can't wait to see what we come up with next! Have an amazing day!" he said.
