Clue, based on the Hasbro board game of the same name that tasks players with solving a murder mystery, is the first film Reynolds is attached to produce under the new deal along with Maximum Effort and Allspark Pictures, the film division of Hasbro.

The film is being developed as a starring vehicle for Reynolds who will be reuniting with Deadpool writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick on the project, noted The Hollywood Reporter.

Clue was previously adapted into a film in 1985 that starred Tim Curry, Madeline Kahn and Christopher Lloyd.

Reynolds will next be seen in Deadpool 2 which hits theaters on May 18.
