'Justice League' tops the North American box office with $96M

Nov. 19 (UPI) -- The superhero ensemble movie Justice League is No. 1 in North America this weekend with $96 million in receipts, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.

Coming in at No. 2 is Wonder with $27.1 million, followed by Thor: Ragnarok at $21.8 million at No. 3, Daddy's Home 2 at No. 4 with $14.8 million and Murder on the Orient Express at No. 5 with $13.8 million.

Rounding out the top tier are The Star at No. 6 with $10 million, A Bad Moms Christmas at No. 7 with $6.9 million, Lady Bird at No. 8 with $2.5 million, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri at No. 9 with $1.1 million and Jigsaw at No. 10 with $1.07 million.
