'It' is No. 1 at the North American box office for a second weekend

Sept. 17 (UPI) -- The horror movie It is No. 1 at the North American box office for a second weekend, earning an additional $60 million in receipts, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.

Coming in at No. 2 is American Assassin with $14.8 million, followed by mother! at No. 3 with $7.5 million, Home Again at No. 4 with $5.3 million and The Hitman's Bodyguard at No. 5 with $3.6 million.

Rounding out the top tier are Annabelle: Creation at No. 6 with $2.6 million, Wind River at No. 7 with $2.6 million, Leap! at No. 8 with $2.1 million, Spider-Man: Homecoming at No. 9 with $1.9 million and Dunkirk at No. 10 with $1.3 million.
