Nappily Ever After stars Lathan as Violet Jones, a woman who changes up her seemingly-perfect life after an accident at her hair salon. Lathan has been documenting her hair transformation for the film over the past few weeks.

"Night shoot #Violet #NappilyEverAfter," she captioned a video Friday of herself with blonde hair.
