July 31 (UPI) -- Jennifer Lawrence is creeped out in the first teaser trailer for upcoming psychological horror film, Mother! The clip, released Monday, features the actress walking inside an empty house as ominous voiceovers can be heard.

"What brings you to us?" Lawrence can be heard saying during a voiceover before referring to someone as a "stranger" and then later "insane" as she screams "Murderer!"
The film, from director Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan), is also set to star Javier Bardem, Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Harris, Domhnall Gleeson and Kristen Wiig.
"A couple's relationship is tested when uninvited guests arrive at their home, disrupting their tranquil existence," reads the synopsis.
Mother! arrives in theaters on Sept. 15. A full-length trailer will be released on Aug. 8.
