July 21 (UPI) -- Legion creator Noah Hawley is working on a film about Fantastic Four villain Doctor Doom. He announced it Thursday at the end of the Legion panel at Comic-Con.

Victor Von Doom has been in past Fantastic Four movies. He was played by Julian McMahon in 2005's Fantastic Four film and 2007's Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and by Toby Kebbell in the 2015 film.

Doctor Doom was created for Marvel by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby and first appeared in Fantastic Four #5.
