July 7 (UPI) -- Jeremy Renner is recovering after breaking both of his arms on the set of Tag.
The 46-year-old actor told reporters at a Karlovy Vary Film Festival press conference Friday that he's healing after fracturing his right elbow and left wrist during a stunt.
"That's how it goes," Renner said of his injuries while promoting his movie Wind River, according to Variety. "It's part of the job.
"I'm sort of a problem solver, you know. There will be an effect to it, but it won't stop me from doing things that I need to be doing," he promised. "I'll heal fast. I'm doing everything I can to heal faster."
Renner stars in Wind River with Elizabeth Olsen, who will reprise Wanda Maximoff, aka Scarlet Witch, in Avengers: Infinity War. The pair previously co-starred in Avengers: Age of Ultron and Captain America: Civil War.
"Getting the opportunity to work with a friend in a different capacity, diving into emotional character stuff, we were able to do more things and a little differently than with an actress I did not know very well," Renner said, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Renner had shared a photo on Instagram of himself wearing two arm braces in June, but didn't offer an explanation at the time.
"Fall down seven times...stand up 8! #fixedup #pushthrough," he captioned the picture.
