Idris Elba shares new poster for 'The Dark Tower'

March 20 (UPI) -- British actor Idris Elba shared on social media a poster for his upcoming sci-fi/western movie The Dark Tower.

"Are you ready for another world? Catch me in The Dark Tower on July 28th! #TheDarkTower," he captioned Sunday's image of an upside-down New York City with two people right-side-up walking near an inverted Empire State Building.

The space between the concrete structures is shaped like the tower of the film's title.

Directed by Nikolaj Arcelo and starring Matthew McConaughey as the sorcerer known as The Man in Black, the movie is a re-imagining of Stephen King's book series.

Elba plays frontiersman knight Roland Deschain.
