Feb. 11 (UPI) -- Alice Eve, Emile Hirsch, Vanessa Hudgens, Hugh Bonneville and David Koechner have signed on to star in the romantic comedy The Pre-Nup.
Produced by Jeanna Polley, the movie was written and will be directed by Jonathan Lynn. Production is scheduled to begin in June in the United Kingdom.
The project is being sold at the Berlin film festival by Content Media Corporation.
The Pre-Nup is about what happens when an American groom suggests to his British bride the night before their wedding that they should consider a pre-nuptial agreement, a press release explained.
"Jonathan has packed The Pre-Nup with tons of laughs, romance, and characters that are at once so maddening and lovable you can't help but be hooked. Following in the tradition of great romantic comedies like Notting Hill, Four Weddings and a Funeral and The Proposal, The Pre-Nup is a wholly original romantic comedy of errors about what happens when you mix Brits and Americans, marriage and family, and money with love," Jamie Carmichael, Content's president of film, said in a statement Saturday.
