LOS ANGELES, Dec. 16 (UPI) -- Hugh Jackman poked fun at fellow Marvel star Ryan Reynolds in an Instagram post Thursday.

The 48-year-old Australian actor, who plays Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, impersonated Reynolds in a new video following the Deadpool star's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony.

"You may remember me from such things as People magazine's 2010 Sexiest Man Alive or the 12th best DC Comics movie, Green Lantern. Who would have thought just three years after getting a star on Canada's Walk of Fame, I would be getting a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame?" Jackman said while holding up a cutout of Reynolds' face.

"How could a guy who failed his high school drama class be this talented?" he continued. "I have no answer for that. But to quote my favorite actor in the world, the great Australian Hugh Jackman, who, by the way, was People's Sexiest Man Alive way before me, 'Americans are the most generous country on the planet.'"

Jackman and Reynolds have a playful feud that dates back to November 2015 when Reynolds pretended to be Jackman while wearing his Deadpool makeup. The actors co-starred in the 2009 movie X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Reynolds received his Hollywood Walk of Fame star Thursday afternoon with wife Blake Lively and their two daughters by his side. The ceremony marked the couple's first public appearance with both of their children.

"This is one of the rare occasions when we thought we got to bring the whole clan," the actor told Extra. "I'd regret it in 20 years if I didn't bring them, so here they are. It's a big moment."

Reynolds will reprise Deadpool in Deadpool 2, which is slated for release March 2, 2018. Jackman will reportedly make his final appearance as Wolverine in Logan, which opens March 3, 2017.
