LOS ANGELES, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Mean Girls stars Lindsay Lohan and Jonathan Bennett delighted fans by reuniting Thursday.

Mean Girls earned $129 million on a $17 million budget and continues to boast a dedicated cult following. Oct. 3 marks the date that Aaron asked Cady, "What day is it?" in the early days of her crush.

"I was leaving the playhouse the other day," Lohan had said in a 2014 interview with Entertainment Weekly for the film's 10th anniversary. "These kids were outside, and someone said, 'Do you know what day it is?' and someone said, 'It's October 3rd!'"

"Mariah Carey and I have the same makeup artist. Whenever I see her, she does always say, 'On Wednesdays, I wear pink,'" she added. "[I think Cady today is] with Oprah in Africa working at children's schools with a family, teaching girls to be nice to each other."
