LOS ANGELES, May 7 (UPI) -- Aaron Sorkin says it would be a "dream come true" to work with Idris Elba and Jessica Chastain on his film directorial debut Molly's Game.

"The casting of Jessica and Idris in the two lead roles is any filmmaker's dream come true," Sorkin told Variety. "They're two of the greatest actors of their generation, paired for the first time, and their chemistry will be electric."

The actors are in negotiations for the lead roles in the movie, which Sorkin penned. It is based on the memoir of Molly Bloom, who ran a high-stakes poker game until the FBI found out about it.

Sorkin is best known for his TV shows The West Wing and The Newsroom, as well as his scripts for the films A Few Good Men, The Social Network and Steve Jobs.
