LOS ANGELES, April 29 (UPI) -- Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising released a new clip featuring Zac Efron on Friday.

The preview sees Teddy (Efron) plan a shirtless distraction for the Kappa Kappa Nu sisters and get oiled up with the help of former enemies Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly Radner (Rose Byrne).

Neighbors 2 is a sequel to the 2014 movie Neighbors, which earned $270 million at the box office. The film co-stars Chloe Grace Moretz as Kappa Kappa Nu president Shelby, with additional roles by Dave Franco and Ike Barinholtz.

"Teddy is having a very early midlife crisis, quarter-life crisis, which is a thing now," Efron revealed on the Today show in January. "And then he comes across these girls who are forming a sorority and kind of starts to mentor them."

"Yes, I will [be shirtless]. A lot. Everyone does," Rogen added before joking, "We have a favored-nations shirtless clause. Every minute Zac's shirtless I have to be shirtless. I wanted that. I fought for that."

Rogen also produced the sequel, which opens in theaters May 20. The movie is directed by Neighbors helmer Nicholas Stoller, who is also known for Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek.
