LOS ANGELES, March 19 (UPI) -- Screenwriter David Koepp has signed on to pen the script for the upcoming fifth installment in the Indiana Jones film franchise.

Disney announced this week that director Steven Spielberg and star Harrison Ford would reunite for the as-yet-untitled picture, which is set for a 2019 theatrical release.

The Hollywood Reporter said Friday Koepp had been hired to pen the adventure, however, no details regarding the plot have been revealed.

The scribe previously worked with Spielberg on Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park and War of the Worlds. He also co-wrote Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, the fourth movie in the series.
