Ben Stiller returns in full-length 'Zoolander 2' trailer

The original movie premiered in 2001 and earned over $60 million at the box office.

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 18 (UPI) -- Zoolander 2 released a first full-length trailer starring Ben Stiller on Wednesday.

The 49-year-old actor returns as Derek Zoolander, now an increasingly irrelevant male model, with Owen Wilson as Hansel McDonald, his former rival-turned-friend.

The preview sees Derek and Hansel team up after Mugatu (Will Ferrell) enacts an evil plan to kill beautiful people in the world, including Justin Bieber. Penelope Cruz stars as an Interpol agent, with Kristen Wiig as Alexanya Atoz,

Zoolander 2 is directed by Stiller, and opens in theaters on Feb. 12, 2016. Stiller and The Leftovers actor Justin Theroux co-wrote the script, and Christine Taylor, Benedict Cumberbatch, Billy Zane and Fred Armisen also have roles.
