LOS ANGELES, Aug. 21 (UPI) -- Zac Efron and Emily Ratajkowski attended the Los Angeles premiere of We Are Your Friends on Thursday. The 27-year-old actor and 24-year-old actress walked the red carpet at the famous TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Co-stars Shiloh Fernandez and Alex Shaffer were also present at the event.

Efron wore a navy ensemble with a subtly patterned tuxedo jacket, while Ratajkowski turned heads in a shimmering, cleavage-baring gown. The actress accessorized with a rose gold clutch by Treesje.
We Are Your Friends is directed by Max Joseph, and opens in theaters Aug. 28. The movie follows an aspiring EDM DJ (Efron) who befriends an older and more experienced producer (Wes Bentley) and falls for the latter's girlfriend (Ratajkowski).

Ratajkowski came to fame after starring in Robin Thicke's music video for "Blurred Lines," and made her major film debut in David Fincher's adaptation of Gone Girl. Efron last appeared in Neighbors, and is also scheduled for Dirty Grandpa with Robert De Niro.
