'Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser' releases first trailer

The sequel will premiere on streaming site Crackle in July.

LOS ANGELES, June 3 (UPI) -- Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser released a first full-length trailer Tuesday.

The preview sees the title character (David Spade) try to make it back to wife Brandy (Brittany Daniel) and his kids after he is sucked up in a tornado and travels back in time to 1965.

Dennis Miller, Adam Beach and Christopher Walken also return as Zander Kelly, Kickin' Wing and Anthony Benedetti, with newcomers Mark McGrath and Patrick Warburton. The House Bunny director Fred Wolf helmed the film.

The original Joe Dirt movie opened in theaters in 2001, and earned $30.9 million on a $17.7 million budget. The sequel will premiere on streaming site Crackle on July 16.
