'The Breakfast Club' is heading back to theaters for its 30th anniversary

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., Feb. 13 (UPI) -- The Breakfast Club is turning 30 this year and, to celebrate the milestone, John Hughes' iconic teen movie is being re-released in theaters and as a special-edition DVD and Blu-ray.

Starring "Brat Pack" members Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall, Emilio Estevez, Judd Nelson and Ally Sheedy, the film will hit the big screen March 26 and March 31, presented by Fathom Events, BY Experience and Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

The Breakfast Club 30th Anniversary Edition is to debut March 10 on DVD and Blu-ray via Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.
