LOS ANGELES, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- Vin Diesel and Paul Walker star in a new trailer for Furious 7.
The 47-year-old actor and late star reprise Dominic Toretto and Brian O'Conner in the sequel. The preview sees the pair take on Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw, who seeks revenge for younger brother Owen Shaw's (Luke Evans) death.
Furious 7 was directed by James Wan, and opens in theaters April 3. Dwayne Johnson also returns as Luke Hobbs, with Michelle Rodriguez as Letty Ortiz, Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto, Tyrese Gibson as Roman Pearce and Ludacris as Tej Parker.
Vin Diesel first portrayed Dominic in The Fast and the Furious (2001), and returned for movies three through seven. Furious 7 marks Walker's last appearance on film; the actor died in a car accident at age 40 in November 2013.
