LONDON, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- The big-screen comedy The Grand Budapest Hotel led the field with 11 nods when nominations for the 2015 British Academy Film Awards were announced Friday.
Birdman and The Theory of Everything followed close behind with 10 nods apiece, and The Imitation Game with nine. The movies will compete with five-time nominee Boyhood for the top prize of Best Film.
Winners will be announced at a Feb. 8 ceremony in London hosted by Stephen Fry.
