Jackie Chan's 'Dragon Blade' trailer goes viral

The first trailer for the historical action-adventure movie "Dragon Blade," starring Jackie Chan and John Cusack, was released Saturday. It is reportedly the most expensive Chinese-language film ever produced.

BEIJING, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- The trailer for the historical action-adventure movie Dragon Blade was released to great fanfare on Christmas Day and quickly went viral.

The nearly two-minute video with Chinese subtitles shows images of stars Jackie Chan, Adrian Brody and John Cusack in epic battle scenes. The film depicts Roman soldiers moving through China during the Han Dynasty in 48 BC, but is not considered historically accurate.

The $65 million production is said to be the most expensive Chinese-language film ever produced. It is expected to be released in China in February. The U.S. release date has not yet been announced.
