'Expendables 3' releases action-packed first trailer

"Get ready for one last ride," the trailer proclaims.

LOS ANGELES, June 18 (UPI) -- Expendables 3 released its first full-length trailer on Tuesday.

The new movie sees the team face off against their own co-founder, Conrad Stonebanks (Mel Gibson), who was believed to be dead. Barney Ross (Sylvester Stallone), Lee Christmas (Jason Statham), Yin Yang (Jet Li), Gunner Jensen (Dolph Lundgren), Toll Road (Randy Couture), Hale Caesar (Terry Crews) and Trench Mauser (Arnold Schwarzenegger) are joined by Doc (Wesley Snipes), Galgo (Antonio Banderas), Max Drummer (Harrison Ford), Bonaparte (Kelsey Grammer), John Smilee (Kellan Lutz), Luna (Ronda Rousey), Thorn (Glen Powell) and Mars (Victor Ortiz).

The upcoming film is the third and final installment in the Expendables series. The original movie premiered in 2010, and Expendables 2 followed in 2012. Expendables 3 is scheduled for release August 15.
