'Frozen' tops the DVD and Blu-ray sales chart

"47 Ronin" is the No. 1 rental.

LOS ANGELES, May 12 (UPI) -- Disney's animated blockbuster Frozen, featuring Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell as sister princesses, is No. 1 on the DVD and Blu-ray sales roster in the United States, Rentrak announced Monday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the sales chart for the week ended May 4 is The Legend of Hercules, followed by The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug at No. 3, Ride Along at No. 4 and The Nut Job at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Tyler Perry's Madea's Neighbors From Hell [The Play] at No. 6, Labor Day at No. 7, The Pirate Fairy at No. 8, Devil's Due at No. 9 and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty at No. 10.

The No. 1 DVD and Blu-ray rental for the week ended May 3 is 47 Ronin.

Homefront is No. 2, The Wolf of Wall Street is No. 3, The Legend of Hercules is No. 4, Frozen is No. 5, 12 Years a Slave is No. 6, Gravity is No. 7, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues is No. 8, American Hustle is No. 9 and Grudge Match is No. 10.
