NEW YORK, Sept. 4 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Scarlett Johansson is engaged to journalist Romain Dauriac, who presented her with a diamond Art Deco ring last month, People.com said Wednesday.

"They're engaged and very happy," an insider said without elaborating further.

Johansson was previously married to actor Ryan Reynolds.
