Kim Basinger cast in boxing comedy

HOLLYWOOD, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Actress Kim Basinger has been cast alongside Sylvester Stallone and Robert De Niro to star in boxing comedy, "Grudge Match," The Hollywood Reporter said.

The Warner Bros. film features two boxers -- played by Stallone and De Niro -- who are brought out of retirement 50 years after their last fight for a final match. Kevin Hart joins the cast as a fight promoter, the magazine reported.

Pete Segel will direct, Tim Kelleher wrote the screenplay and Doug Ellin did a script polish. Producers are Billy Gerber and Mark Steven Johnson.
