HOLLYWOOD, Oct. 13 (UPI) -- New Line Cinema says it is assembling a new gang for a remake of the 1979 George Burns comedy "Going In Style."
Donald De Line has committed to producing the upcoming go-around and Tony Bill, who produced the 1979 version, has signed on as executive producer.
"Going In Style" is the story of a trio of senior citizens who decide to deviate from their peaceful path of fixed-income retirement by plotting a bank robbery.
The original starred Burns, Art Carney and Lee Strasberg.
No casting for the remake has been announced and the release date was not revealed, The Hollywood Reporter said.
