'Games' again leads U.S. box office

LOS ANGELES, April 8 (UPI) -- "The Hunger Games" won the top U.S. box office spot for the third weekend in a row with $33.5 million in receipts.

"Games" stars Jennifer Lawrence and an ensemble cast.

"American Reunion," with Jason Biggs and the rest of the "American Pie" gang, was second with $21.5 million.

All studio estimates of gross U.S. box office receipts are via Box Office Mojo.

"Titanic 3D" was third with $17.35 million; "Wrath of the Titans" fourth with $15.01 million; "Mirror Mirror" fifth with $11 million; "21 Jump Street " sixth with $10.2 million; "Dr. Seuss' The Lorax" seventh with $5 million; "Salmon Fishing in the Yemen" eighth with $975,000; and "John Carter" ninth with $820,000.

"Safe House" was tenth with $581,000.
