63 qualify for Foreign Language Oscar race

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., Oct. 13 (UPI) -- Sixty-three countries have submitted films for consideration in the Foreign Language Film category for Hollywood's 84th annual Academy Awards, organizers said.
