LOS ANGELES, Oct. 8 (UPI) -- A California limousine company is suing Lindsay Lohan over a $90,000 bill she allegedly racked up in 2009.

TMZ said Elite Transportation Limo and Security Services claimed the actress hired them at a rate of $6,000 an hour, which also includes bodyguard services, for herself and various friends and family.

Elite said the actual bill was just under $34,000, but penalties and late fees pushed the total toward six figures.

Lohan probably won't be requiring the services of Elite or any other limo any time soon. Radar.com reported Saturday she bought herself a new Porsche from a Los Angeles showroom for about $80,000.
