HOLLYWOOD, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- The resume of the 74-year-old pilot killed in Friday's air show crash in Reno., Nev., lists work on various feature films.
The Hollywood Reporter said Jimmy Leeward had been a stunt pilot on three films and the PBS production "Tuskegee Airmen."
His film credits included "Lonely Hearts," "Dragonfly" and "Amelia."
Leeward apparently lost control of his World War II-era Mustang fighter and crashed near the grandstands at the National Championship Air Races in Reno. He and two other people were killed and scores were injured.
The Reporters said Saturday Leeward's family posted a message on his Facebook page asking readers to "join us in praying at this time for all the families affected."
