Little glitz likely at Palin film premier

PELLA, Iowa, June 25 (UPI) -- Next week's premier of the Sarah Palin documentary "The Undefeated" in Iowa will be low-key with mostly locals in the audience, the director promised.

"The Undefeated" gets its first public viewing Tuesday at the historic Pella Opera House in downtown Pella before moving on to limited release in cities including Dallas, Orlando, Fla., and Independence, Mo.

"It will be very low key," writer and director Stephen Bannon said, "Mo' red carpet and no klieg lights."

Bannon told The Hollywood Reporter that while Palin herself still hasn't committed to attend, a bevy of conservative pundits such as Tammy Bruce and Andrew Breitbart will be there.

Bannon said he wanted a middle America location for the premier and chose the 111-year-old Iowa theater over 100 various venues including barns, farm fields and drive-ins.
