LOS ANGELES, Aug. 9 (UPI) -- Film actress Patricia Neal has died at the age of 84, said the Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center in Knoxville, Tenn.
The center helps people recover from strokes and brain injuries.
The Oscar winner continued acting despite suffering several strokes herself.
