NEW YORK, March 26 (UPI) -- Sandra Bullock's publicist says the U.S. actress will not be attending Saturday's Kids' Choice Awards show in Los Angeles, despite reports saying she will.

Bullock, who won an Oscar this month for her work in "The Blind Side," has been keeping a low profile for more than a week since several women have come forward to claim they had sexual relationships with her husband, reality television personality Jesse James.

Although the actress and stepmother to James's three children recently scrapped several scheduled personal appearances, a Nickelodeon spokesman told the New York Post that as of late Thursday Bullock was still expected to attend the Kids' Choice Awards where she is nominated for a prize.

The newspaper reported Bullock is rumored to be planning to attend the event with James's 6-year-old daughter Sunny.

However, Bullock's publicist shot down the report Friday and told People.com, "There were never any plans for her to attend."

The Web site said the representative declined to comment on where Bullock is.
