LOS ANGELES, Nov. 9 (UPI) -- Mark Zoradi, president of Walt Disney Studios, is the latest in a string of executives to leave the company in recent weeks, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Zoradi's resignation after 29 years of working in the company's television, home entertainment and film divisions comes on the heels of the departures of Disney Studios Chairman Dick Cook and Miramax Films President Daniel Battsek, the newspaper said Monday.
The UCLA Anderson School of Management presented Zoradi with the Louis B. Mayer motion-picture business leader of the year award during the weekend.
Rich Ross, former president of Disney Channels Worldwide, has taken over for Cook and is restructuring the media giant.
