Carradine film honored at London festival

LONDON, Oct. 12 (UPI) -- "My Suicide," a film starring the late U.S. actor David Carradine, won the best international feature award at London's Raindance independent film festival.

The movie was one of Carradine's last. He died in June of accidental asphyxiation at the age of 72.

The BBC said the zombie movie "Colin" took the prize for best micro-budget movie at the 17th edition of the festival. The film was made with a hand-held video camera for $71.

Seventy-five feature films and more than 150 shorts screened at the festival from the time it opened Sept. 30through this past Sunday.
