Piper Perabo, star of 'Covert Affairs,' engaged

Piper Perabo, 36, is engaged to marry boyfriend Stephen Kay, who works with the actress as director-producer on USA Network's "Covert Affairs."

"Covert Affairs" is currently filming its fourth season, in which Perabo stars as CIA agent Annie Walker, US Weekly reported.

Perabo is known for her previous role as Violet Sanford in 2000's "Coyote Ugly."

Kay previously worked as an actor on soap opera "General Hospital" and "Party of Five."
