Sean Hannity may be leaving Cumulus for Clear Channel amid contract negotiations between the radio talk show host, Rush Limbaugh and Cumulus.

Fellow conservative radio host Michael Savage predicted on air that he would soon be replacing Hannity in his 3 to 6 p.m. radio slot with Cumulus stations, but that Limbaugh is likely to stay.

“I predict, right here, right now, that I Michael Savage and the Savage Nation is going to take over "The Sean Hannity Show" time slot by the end of the year,” Savage said. “He’s probably a nice guy, but his time is come and his time has gone."

“I am the heir apparent to afternoon drive on the east coast and around America on Cumulus stations, which have the most powerful stations in the radio world.”

Sources close to Hannity told Talkers.com that the host is indeed leaving Cumulus for Clear Channel Media, but that it was entirely his choice to do so.
