Sally Struthers will go on trial in York County (Maine) Superior Court beginning with jury selection Sept. 23 for her charge of operating a vehicle under the influence last year. The actress was arrested Sept. 12 after allegedly refusing to take a field sobriety test. She was driving in Ogunquit, Maine, while in town for her role in a production of "Thoroughly Modern Millie."

"The defendant was induced to refuse to submit to a chemical test based on erroneous information provided by the law enforcement officer," said her lawyer, John Scott Webb in a motion last year to suppress all statements she made while in custody.
Struthers, 66, pleaded not guilty to the charge and requested a jury trial.
The actress is best known for her role as Gloria Stivic on "All in the Family" and as Babette on "Gilmore Girls."
