Paul McCartney's son gives painfully awkward interview to BBC

James McCartney may look just like his dad, but if an awkward interview with the BBC is any indication, he doesn't appear to have Paul's energy or charisma.

The younger McCartney appeared on "BBC Breakfast" Tuesday morning to promote his new album, "Me," and U.S. tour. Though presenters Bill Turnbull and Susanna Reid pressed him with questions about his music, touring and his famous father, McCartney appeared dull and reserved, giving monosyllabic answers to simple questions.

Twitter users unleashed a slew of criticism about the 35-year-old's interview skills and screen presence -- or lack thereof.
