Environmental activist Erin Brockovich looks sunburned and exhausted in the booking photo that followed her arrest for boating-while-intoxicated in Nevada.

"After a day in the sun and with nothing to eat it appears that a couple of drinks had a greater impact than I realized," Brockovich said Sunday in a statement.

Brockovich, famously played by Julia Roberts in the 2000 film about her legal crusade against a California power company, was arrested after a Nevada game warden spotted her struggling to dock her boat.
