Sept. 8 (UPI) -- Olivia Munn is expecting her first child with boyfriend John Mulaney, who announced the news on Late Night with Seth Meyers. Munn, 41, and Mulaney, 39, started dating in the spring after the comedian went to rehab for drug addiction.

The actress first met Mulaney at Meyers' 2013 wedding to his wife Alexi Ashe. Mulaney was previously married to Anna Marie Tendler for six years with the divorce being finalized in July.
"I got into this relationship that's been really beautiful with someone incredible," Mulaney told Meyers on Tuesday as he announced Munn's pregnancy while detailing his whirlwind year.
"She's kind of held my hand through that hell and we're having a baby together," he continued before he was congratulated by Meyers.
Mulaney, who worked on Late Night, described how Meyers and other friends such as Fred Armisen staged an intervention to get him into rehab.
"It was a real rollercoaster, but I'm very happy you're on the other side of it. I am so happy for you and Olivia. This is very exciting news. I love you very much and I'm glad you're doing well," Meyers said.
"You guys saved me from drugs and Olivia and this baby have helped save me from myself," Mulaney replied before also telling Meyers that he loved him.
