June 15 (UPI) -- Arie Luyendyk, Jr., and Lauren Burnham are giving fans a glimpse of their newborn twins.
The Bachelor couple took to Instagram Monday after welcoming twins, a son and daughter, on Friday.
Luyendyk shared a slideshow of photos that included a picture of Burnham cradling her twins after giving birth.
"Never been prouder of my wife than in this moment. She is the strongest woman I know and I'm lucky to be on this incredible journey with her. We are proud parents of a healthy boy and girl!" Luyendyk captioned the post.
Burnham also posted a photo of her newborns sleeping side by side.
"6.11.21 @luyendyktwins," she wrote.
Fellow Bachelor Nation stars Tanner Tolbert, Hannah Ann Sluss and Vanessa Grimaldi were among those to congratulate Luyendyk and Burnham in the comments.
"Beautiful congrats," Sluss said.
Luyendyk announced Saturday on Instagram Stories that Burnham had given birth.
"@luyendyktwins are here!" he wrote. "Momma and babies are doing great and everything went smoothly. Spending time cherishing these moments, thank you for all the support."
Luyendyk and Burnham met during The Bachelor Season 22, which aired in 2018. The couple married in January 2019 and welcomed their first child, daughter Alessi Ren, in May of that year.
