June 14 (UPI) -- Big Brother alum Eric Stein is a married man.
The 41-year-old television personality married his girlfriend, Marissa Nardi, at a wedding Saturday in New York City, Us Weekly reported Sunday.
Stein and Nardi married at City Vineyard along the Hudson River. Nardi wore a sleeveless lace dress and the couple dressed up their dog Baby Dino in a tuxedo for the ceremony.
Stein confirmed the news Sunday evening on Twitter.
"I did the best thing I've ever done yesterday. SO HAPPY!" he wrote.
Big Brother Canada alum Peter Brown was among those to congratulate Stein on social media.
"Wooooh! Congratulations!!!" Brown tweeted.
Stein competed in Big Brother Season 8, which aired in 2007. During the season, Stein had a romance with his co-star Jessica Hughbanks. The pair split in 2010 after nearly three years of dating.
