WWE Raw: Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre agree to Hell in a Cell match

June 8 (UPI) -- Drew McIntyre challenged WWE Champion Bobby Lashley to a Hell in a Cell match for his title on Raw.

The Scottish Warrior issued the challenge on Monday while he and Lashley signed their contract for the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view event, which takes place on June 20.

The Hell in a Cell match involves a massive cage with a roof being placed over the ring. The bout has no rules with the cage meant to keep out any outside interference.

Lashley was joined by his manager MVP during the contract signing. The duo proposed that if McIntyre loses, he will not get to challenge Lashley for the WWE Championship ever again. McIntyre agreed to the stipulation as long as they fight inside the Hell in a Cell.

Both grapplers then signed the contract, making the match offfical. McIntyre ended the proceedings by chopping the table they used in half with his sword.

Also on Raw, The New Day, RKBro, The Viking Raiders, Mace and T-Bar, Lince Dorado of The Lucha House Party and John Morrison competed in a Battle Royal to determine who would get to face Raw Tag Team Champions AJ Styles and Omos at a future date.

The match used the same rules as the Royal Rumble eliminations happening after a grappler was thrown out of the ring with both feet touching the floor.

Dorado competed by himself due to his partner Gran Metalik being out with an injury. Styles and Omos poked fun at each team until Morrison and The Miz interrupted them.

Morrison pushed The Miz out in a wheel chair as The A Lister is also suffering from an injury and announced that he would be competing in the bout solo. Morrison, during his slow-motion entrance, lost control of The Miz who rolled down the entrance ramp in dramatic fashion.

Randy Orton and Riddle of RKBro started things off by delivering multiple RKOs. Morrison was then able to eliminate Dorado first after The Miz handed him a squirt gun he referred to as the Drip Stick.

T-Bar and Mace eliminated Morrison next after the Drip Stick had no effect on them. All the other teams worked together to throw out T-Bar and Mace. Soon, only Kofi Kingston of The New Day, Orton and The Viking Raiders were left.

The Viking Raiders then won the match after Orton eliminated Kingston, allowing them to double-team The Viper.

Alexa Bliss invited Shayna Baszler onto her talk show Alexa's Playground in the main event. Bliss has been tormenting Baszler from afar for weeks by using fire to cause disruptions in Baszler's matches.

The Queen of Spades, during the interview, refused to apologize to Bliss' creepy doll Lilly and later stepped on it as an act of defiance. Stepping on the doll caused the lights in the ThunderDome to flicker and for fire to rise along the entrance ramp.

Baszler ran to the backstage area where objects started to fall around her. Baszler sought refuge inside of an office where she kept seeing Lilly in a mirror. Baszler smashed the mirror but Lilly could still be seen, causing her to scream as Raw went off the air.

Other moments from Raw included Jaxson Ryker defeating Elias via count-out after Elias ran away; Ricochet vs. Humberto Carrillo ending in a double count-out; Jeff Hardy defeating Cedric Alexander; Nikki Cross and Asuka defeating Raw Women's Champion Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair after Flair attacked her temporary partner and rival; Mansoor defeating Drew Gulak; Kingston defeating Riddle; and MVP telling Kingston backstage that he doesn't have what it takes to become a world champion again.
