May 24 (UPI) -- Bringing Up Bates star Nathan Bates is engaged to be married.
The 27-year-old television personality got engaged to his girlfriend, Esther Keyes, over the weekend.
Bates confirmed the news Monday on Instagram alongside photos of his proposal.
"She said YES!!! I get to marry the girl of my dreams @ekeyes97," he captioned the post.
Bates' sister Carlin Bates and brother Zach Bates were among those to congratulate the couple on social media.
"We are so thrilled for you both!" Carlin Bates, who married Evan Stewart in May 2019, said on Instagram Stories. "We can't wait for you to be a part of the family @ekeyes97."
"So happy for you two!!!" Zach Bates, who married Whitney Perkins in December 2013, wrote in the comments.
In an interview with Fox News, Bates said he proposed to Keyes in Orlando, Fla., after visiting their respective hometowns.
"We've already started talking about wedding dates and can't quit laughing and crying as we think back over the emotions we've shared together these past few days," he said.
Bates is the fifth of Gil and Kelly Bates' 19 children. The family stars on the Up TV reality series Bringing Up Bates, which is in the midst of its 10th season.
