Aug. 8 (UPI) -- Andy Cohen of Watch What Happens Live has been tapped to host the 60th annual Clio Awards on Sept. 25.
The event celebrates creative excellence in advertising across entertainment, music, fashion, sports and health.
The ceremony will be taking place from the Manhattan Center in New York City. Cohen will be honoring the 2019 winners and highlighting six decades of Clio Awards history.
"I got my first taste of the Clios when I presented an honorary award to my good friend Sarah Jessica Parker in 2014," Cohen said in a statement. "I'm excited to be back on stage to host such a big year for Clio and help them celebrate the creative community that keeps things interesting for consumers year after year."
"What has always made the Clio Awards different from other advertising competitions is our connection to pop culture," Clio president Nicole Purcell said.
"Since we're celebrating our 60th anniversary this year, we knew we needed our host to have a strong link to that part of our history. Plus, we have a ton of surprises up our sleeves and, after watching him host so many Housewives reunions, we knew Andy could pull off anything we threw his way," she continued.
Fox's campaign for Deadpool 2, The Daily Show's Donald Trump Presidential Twitter Library and Netflix's Netflix is a Joke ads won Clio Entertainment Awards in November.
